What is Life Care Planning?

Life Care Planning is the model we follow, which sets us apart from typical Elder Law Firms. Elder Law Firms traditionally concentrate their practices on Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning. Guardianships and Probate. However, we work to move beyond the transactions to build relationships to provide a holistic solution to one’s legal and care needs.

Eva Hager, Esq., will explain exactly what Life Care Planning is, share how our team operates to cover the legal side and care advocacy, and show how this model can improve one’s quality of life while also preserving their legacy.
