How do Elder Care Coordinators help me when I am in a nursing home?

The first thing they do is help you to choose the right facility. Elder Care Coordinators (ECC’s) also then work with the staff at the facility to make sure your are needs are met. As a nursing home resident, you are entitled to quarterly care conferences to ensure that the staff is continually adjusting to your care needs. Our ECCs attend the conferences for you or with you, guiding you on which questions to ask.
