“My wife wouldn’t go to the doctor… and I knew she was sick.”

Earl knew he needed to help Judy but didn’t know how. Fortunately, he reached out to us. Our nurse care practitioner came to their home, developed a rapport with Judy, and brought a visiting physician organization to her home to help her with her healthcare needs. Judy then agreed to let a nurse visit regularly to help with her activities of daily living. We were then able to get her to a specialized hospital that was able to address her needs and subsequently into a skilled nursing facility that best met her needs and Earl’s. With the stress and worry relieved, Early could relax, knowing he and his wife were well cared for.
