Trusts can be incredibly confusing. It’s a topic we get a lot of questions regarding. The Glen invited Eva Hager to lead this presentation all about trusts. She provides an understanding of the importance of estate planning and shares when trusts are appropriate including revocable and irrevocable trusts. Eva explains what testamentary capacity is and how intestate succession works. Attendees will leave with a better working knowledge of what trusts are and when they could be helpful to them and their families.
